How do you introduce a brand new development to a well-established community? Through extraordinary corporate signage! The Sieb Organization enlisted Artisan Colour to create extra large signs that let people know the real estate developer’s exact plans for specific parcels of land. Instead of boring eye-sores, the signage is happy, fun and family-friendly – just like Cadence at Gateway.
Make Way for Cadence at Gateway!
The semi life-sized Tonka Trucks that we produced for The Sieb Organization and the new Cadence at Gateway real estate development project really heralded the project and forced the community to take notice. The creative marketing and corporate signage helped build excitement for the development, while hinting at the creative and fun brand personality (of both Sieb AND Cadence).
The trucks were produced on 1/2″ MDO (wood) and installed into the earth with concrete footings – perfect since Sieb was limited to only 32 square feet for the signs. Each truck sign is about eight feet wide, and each varies in height. The signs also feature action figures as construction workers, further driving home the work-play concept.
Cadence at Gateway is a master planned community being developed on 444 acres in Mesa’s Gateway corridor (just north of the Mesa Gateway Airport). The community is slated to build more than 2,000 single family homes and attached homes from a variety of builders. At the center of the community is The Square, boasting a resort-style pool, lap pool, water slides, parks, game room, fitness center, playgrounds, sport courts, sport fields, 12 miles of trails, a dog park and even a cafe! According to developer Harvard Investments, future plans also include retail shopping, office space and commercial areas.
Not-So-Corporate Signage at Sieb
“We didn’t want it to feel like signage, we wanted it to feel like art. Thanks to Artisan Colour — their Fuji printer made all the difference!” -Claudia Sieb
Then, when The Sieb Organization designed its new offices, the full service brand and marketing agency turned to Artisan Colour for the wow factor. Instead of a traditional marque sign displaying the company name, Sieb took a more creative approach using stunning photography to subtly spell out SIEB.
“With our new Sieb office, comes a new look,” commented Claudia Sieb. “We’re lovin’ our new signage!” The corporate signage is second surface Fuji prints mounted to acrylic, finished with stainless steel standoffs. The result: a modern, functional, welcoming piece of art.
This is truly how printing partnerships are made! We are thrilled with the corporate signage in both The Sieb Organization’s office, as well as at the brand new Cadence at Gateway project. From national franchise printing solutions to local agencies, our Artisans can execute any commercial signage vision!
